Kristen Jones - Executive Director

Biography

As ICAN-B’s Executive Director of Clinical Services, Kristen Jones supports ICAN-B’s Regional Directors and their respective teams and clients across Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Orange County, Burbank & Long Beach Unified School Districts, and the Inland Empire.
Kristen began her career in behavior analysis in 2017 when she joined the ICAN-B hive as a behavior technician. Kristen came to ICAN-B with an educational background in poetry and experience in disabilities care and advocacy from time spent in childcare, a respite care home, a Head Start and Early Head Start, a public school for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, and a child development center offering speech, physical, and occupational therapies.
During the early stages of her career at ICAN-B, Kristen completed a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Kristen has provided client care and supervision to clients and staff across ICAN-B’s regions.
Kristen knew, as a child and then a young adult, that her passion lay in helping others, especially vulnerable populations. Her enthusiasm for helping has only grown stronger across time, and she uses her role at ICAN-B to help as many clients and families as possible.
Now, in Kristen’s work as a director, she provides support and guidance to all ICAN-B clinical teams in service of achieving meaningful client outcomes and high levels of staff satisfaction. Kristen values compassion, integrity, creativity, communication, humility, and collaboration in ABA services.
